This accommodation is in a perfect location for those travelling through Armidale or visiting. The room is comfortable with heating which was perfect as it was cold when we visited. The room size was adequate for staying one night and the bathroom facilities were good. It was also really handy being able to park in front of our room in the carpark. The owner/receptionist recommended going to the 'White Bull' for dinner which was in walking distance and we loved the food there.

The comfort of the room was great! The bed was so comfy and as a cold frog the extra blankets were perfect! The shower was spacious and the room was clean and well presented. The check in process was very easy and I found my room no problems. Very happy 😁

Spacious room, comfortable settee, good sized bathroom, spotless,excellent shower, 4 mirrors. Face to face check in, lovely staff. Excellent value, good parking for large vehicle, pretty garden. While an older motel, everything well cared for.

the place was very quiet ideal for students studying. hotel walking distance to the main shopping centre, service station across the road, eateries next door and mc donalds and kentucky fried around the corner. I would stay there again.

The new managers where wonderful and so accommodating when we needed to extend our stay another night while my son was in the hospital. They even got him a little toy which was much appreciated by this worried exhausted mum.
