This accommodation is in a perfect location for those travelling through Armidale or visiting. The room is comfortable with heating which was perfect as it was cold when we visited. The room size was adequate for staying one night and the bathroom facilities were good. It was also really handy being able to park in front of our room in the carpark. The owner/receptionist recommended going to the 'White Bull' for dinner which was in walking distance and we loved the food there.

the place was very quiet ideal for students studying. hotel walking distance to the main shopping centre, service station across the road, eateries next door and mc donalds and kentucky fried around the corner. I would stay there again.

Spacious room, comfortable settee, good sized bathroom, spotless,excellent shower, 4 mirrors. Face to face check in, lovely staff. Excellent value, good parking for large vehicle, pretty garden. While an older motel, everything well cared for.

The location is perfect! Right in the middle of town. Staff were so friendly and the parking was right outside the room.

We stayed for two nights and I did not expect housekeeping to refresh our rooms but they did and it was fantastic. The hotel was walking distance from the town centre and the sporting complex that we were attending. A range of takeaway food options close to the hotel.

Good value accommodation in a convenient location, food and fuel close by. Perfect for an overnight stop on our trip from Toowoomba to Jervis Bay.

Good location, close to centre of town. Room was clean and smelt pleasant. Ceiling fan was great. Very quiet location and couldn't hear the main road at all

Very quiet. We were in room #40, second from the back of the property. Excellent air conditioning. Very clean, furniture in good condition and parking right at the room. Good hot water. Owner/manager very helpful after 14 years at the property. Excellent Wi-Fi.
